External-standard HPLC against a named reference standard. Reported as mg of free peptide per vial, with the salt and water accounted for. Adds to Identity + Purity only, because it rides on the same HPLC run and reference standard.

What is included
The chromatogram, not a summary of it. The method, the column, the gradient, the wavelength, the injection volume. The replicate spread rather than a single averaged figure. The impurities paragraph, naming retention times for anything we could not resolve. The analyst’s and the reviewer’s names with the dates they signed, and the SHA-256 of the report’s data.
Volume and the clock
The 10-day guarantee applies per accession up to our weekly capacity. Above that, tell us before you ship and we give you a date in writing; that date, not 10 days, is then the one we are held to. A box above capacity sent without warning is received, logged and dated honestly, and the guarantee does not apply to it. Sending a box of many samples? Tell us before you ship and we schedule them.
Why there is no volume discount
A vendor sending two hundred samples a month pays the same per sample as a buyer sending one. If volume bought a discount, volume could buy a result; it cannot, so there is nothing to negotiate.
How you pay
We email the invoice as soon as your testing request is submitted, payable on receipt; testing starts when your sample is logged, and a missed turnaround refunds the payment. Payment details come with the invoice, which we email when you submit your request.
