Report register

Every report issued, at its own address, retracted reports included. Each report is listed here the day it issues, with the PDF and the data behind it at its own address. No sample is logged and awaiting a report.

The whole register. A retracted report keeps its address and its number; we remove nothing from this list, and the register is built to refuse a deletion and to show one at its next integrity check. Beside every certificate page sit the PDF, payload.json, the summary the short hash is of, and record.json, the result record the long hash is of. The same list as a file, for a spreadsheet or a script: index.json and index.csv; the lot references keyed for search are in lots.json. Each carries only what this page prints.

Every report in the register, with the sender’s lot reference printed beside each.

Numbers without a report yet

A number is assigned the moment a sample is logged on receipt, before any test, so these numbers are ours before their reports exist. Each has a page at its own address that says so. When the report issues it appears there, and in the table above, under the same number. A withdrawn number was logged and then closed without a report, because the sample was returned or not tested; it is never reused. Nothing about the sender is published, before or after.

Numbers logged with no report.

Corrections stay on the record

A correction is issued as a new report. The superseded one remains at its original address, marked retracted, pointing forward to what replaced it. Nothing is ever removed, including by the customer who paid for it.
